The sneak-peek of the collection has been released and...it's everything I could have dreamed of and more!! It's funny this collaboration came into existance since in 2008, according to Donatella, high street collaborations just arent Versace. "I respect everyone who does it. But the reason I didn't do it is because I work very hard to put the Versace line in the luxury section. I think to put the Versace line in H&M would confuse the brand."
But here we are, making history and breaking the rules. Isnt that what fashions for anyways?
Donatella and her design team are planning to create womanswear, menswear and homewear collections for H&M that will be released on the 17th of November, followed by a pre-spring collection which I predict will be even more popular than the last collaboration with Lanvin.
Studs, leather, shocking prints, sharp tailoring and everything that defines the iconic Versace.
